Aubrye Harris-Foote
Cretum Communications is led by Aubrye Harris-Foote. Mrs. Harris-Foote is a seasoned investor relations professional with over 13 years of experience increasing shareholder awareness and building shareholder value for large cap to micro cap companies, in such industries as technology, oil & gas, hospitality, real estate, manufacturing and biotech. She has developed investor relations departments for various companies and trained their employees on disclosure, as well as the transition from a private company to a public company. Mrs. Harris-Foote has extensive knowledge of every facet of investor relations, having overseen initial public offerings, participated in numerous equity and debt offerings, and in mergers and acquisitions. She has also overseen public relations and corporate communications when she served as an in-house Investor Relations Officer. She is currently on the National Investor Relations Institute’s (NIRI) Orange County Board of Directors.
